Got Polybutylene Leaks?
Tired of paying to have leaks repaired beneath your mobile home? There is a better, more permanent solution to leaking or frozen pipes. Polybutylene was banned, for use in manufactured homes, in 1978 for a really good reason. The older it gets, the more brittle it becomes, until eventually it becomes more expensive to maintain it than having it replaced. That’s when Blue Plumbing can help.
Blue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning specializes in repiping your mobile home in new freeze resistant Pex pipe – with brass and stainless steel fittings. This amazing new pipe, cross-linked polyethylene, expands when exposed to freezing cold. But, to be sure, we wrap every inch of your new PEX piping with foam insulation. The entire process takes about 48 hours.
Replace it with PEX…
When we repipe your mobile home, the price includes – not only new PEX piping throughout the home – but also, new hot and cold angle valves below each fixture as well as new stainless steel, braided supply lines to every faucet, a new shut-off valve to the entire home and a new shut-off valve to isolate the water heater. It also includes new laundry valves and hoses and insulation of all exterior piping. And, our work is fully warranted. So, you won’t have to worry about leaks for a very long time.
If you would like new faucets, toilets or shower valves as well, just say so and these new fixtures can be installed at a minimal additional charge.
So, replace that old, failing polybutylene with new PEX tubing. You’ll be glad you did. Just ask any of our satisfied customers.
We are so very pleased we finally had our mobile home repiped, no more worrying in the wintertime! Blue Plumbing did a super job.
